Monika has an advanced working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Pronto software; in-depth knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF & Scan Pack, Inventory, Sales Orders, EDI, Alert Intelligence, Data Intelligence and Cognos.
Monika’s strength lies in her ability to translate technical requirements into practical, actionable tasks that meet the individual requirements of each of her clients.

IT and Business Management – specialising in designing and delivering Business Technologies, Digital Transformation, Data Warehousing, CRM, Loyalty, UX, CX, UI and improving Supply Chain efficiency.
Victor has a strong background in Retail, Hospitality, Logistics and Manufacturing Technologies.
He brings extensive expertise having held various positions in IT – Applications Developer, Architect, Program Manager and, over the last ten years, has been both a CIO and consultant to business.

ConsultantDhriti is an IT professional with a strong engineering background and a decade of experience in consulting, implementing, training and supporting Pronto Software. Specialising in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning (MRP, DRP) and Advanced Forecasting modules.
Dhriti is adept at understanding complex customer needs and translating them into effective Pronto solutions. He leads process design workshops, develops detailed specifications and provides comprehensive training and support during the UAT and Go-Live phases.
